I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Family and Human Development from the University of Montana. I then earned a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington University. Throughout my education I have completed all-encompassing research and trainings in human development, trauma and attachment though life. From conception our stories and experiences matter as they are continually shaping us into the people we will be tomorrow. As a trauma-informed therapist, I will work with you from a holistic framework that is guided by your specific needs. My specialized training in trauma informed and evidence-based practices assess the mind/body relationship and aim to provide the sense of safety and competence required for change to take place.
